 We got to the LTN walk about an hour or so before it was suppose to start, and we went to get registered! I saw a couple of stars already there, but most of them were doing interviews and stuff like that! So, after we registered, the event was about to get underway. All the stars that were there were up on the stage and about to start the National Anthem (WHICH KEVIN S. DID A AWESOME JOB ON!!!). So, I look...and look some more...and NO ARIANNE! I saw Kyle up there, but she was no where to be found. MY HEART JUST SANK! I was so worried that she had another engagement and couldn't make it. (But Jay told me the night before at the other walk that she would be there). So, I was devasted. At that point Morgan, being her brilliant self, said, "Let's go the side of the stage--wait for Kyle and ask him about Arianne." That's what we did. Then, all of the sudden, Morgan says, "OMG there she is!" I look up....and the heavenly lights shined through! There she was ....golden hair swinging in the beautiful sunlight, in all her glory and beauty. Actually, she was in pig tails in the rain! LOL! I had to make it sound dramatic..Without even thinking about it, Morgan grabbed my shirt and pulled me over and screamed "Arianne, I have Tim".....and she looked..........  After we took the pictures, Arianne was like...."I wonder if that light [the stage light] is going to be a bad reflection" She was like...let's face another way. So I told her that she just "wanted to touch me again" LOL! She said..."you know it." Then she proceeds to bring up Little Sweeney! So I say to myself....OH #$%!^@! HERE IT COMES! My only defense to her was ..."Hey, you're the one who ran off and got married, NOT ME!" We laughed and talked for a few more seconds, and then she had to get back! I also met Nadia (very sweet), Patrika...she is my home girl! I met Jason Cook and talked to him for about six or seven mintues, he is a funny guy! I also met Peter Reckell and his wife...and um...I think that is it. IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE! Everyone kept telling me, "Tim, you have Arianne set up so high in your mind, that you have to be careful when you meet her. You don't want to be let down, just remember she is only human!" Well, folks, I'm here to tell you that she SURPASSED every single expectation and so much more! Now that I have bored you all with my personal meeting, I will get to the good stuff for you to read! My day at NBC! Well, it started off a bit rough...(I missed my train, etc...) But as it went on, it got so much better! First of all, like Kathy said...I had a little run in with security, my name is TIM NOT KIM! LOL. Kathy is right, security is as tight as ever these days! I'm glad, though! I don't want anyone hurting my Arianne and other days stars! Or anyone for that matter...Anyway, I digress. Okay, so when I first got there, I met up with the make a wish person, and we had a helluva time trying to find the right place to go! But, we finally found it with two minutes to spare! When we get there, no one is there! LOL! We either missed the whole thing, or no one was ready, yet. About that time, Farth Fath walks into the publicity office, she was dressed in a genie costume! I won't say much, but it is Halloween in Salem! Two seconds later, in walks Arianne in her Nicole attire! She gave me a big hug and welcomed me to the studio! She told me that she had one more scene to tape, and then she would be free. She then left to finish up! Then, I turn around, and there is Jay standing in the middle of the doorway! He remembered me from the LTN walk in Riverside, which was Friday before meeting Arianne and others on Saturday. HE IS A SUPER COOL GUY! VERY DOWN TO EARTH! He talked to Morgan and I for about 25 minutes! Hell, he even started a conversation with Morgan about cookies! LMAO! Anyway, he said "Tim, right? What's up man? What brings you to the set?". I told him and he said cool. We talked for a couple of minutes and he had to get back to work! Then, in walks Eric Winter. He is also a nice guy! He had some business to take care of with the publicity folks, so I did not really bother him. Then, end walks LOWDER DA MAN! Haha! He was in a black turtle neck sweater, tan coat, and tan pants! He spoke to the office people for a minute, and then came out and said, "Hey, Tim, what's going on buddy?" and he said let's walk outside and wait for Ari b/c she is filming a scene in Salem Place. DAMN, MY HAND IS KILLING ME! But, because I love you all so much, I will persevere! LOL! Where was I ???? AH, yes, waiting for Miss. Walker to finish taping her scenes! While she was taping, Kyle and I chatted for a few minutes. He was drinking this spinach drink and we were talking about that for a while! He had already opend the card, and we spoke and how awesome it was! GO TISH Then, I tried to sneak a peek at the stuff being filmed! Out of respect for them letting me go in, I will not say too much! It was a scene with Kate, Sami, and Nicole! They looked a little angry! LOL! After Arianne was through, we tried to find a good location to do the photo thingie! Arianne wanted to do it on a set, but Kyle kept trying to tell her that the ones that were not in use were dark! But, Arianne was bound and determined to get it somewhere cool! However, she was wrong:( But, she found a place in Salem Place to take it! So, we got organized boy/girl! It was me, ari, kyle, and shelley (make a wish lady). It was so funny b/c the camera man just kept shooting pictures...and didn't stop! So I, through my smile whispered to Arianne, "Are we suppose to keep smiling"...she was like "yeah.......keep smiling" HEHE! So, after we were done with the pictures, Kyle was called to do his scene really quickly!...  At that time, we talked a lot about the production side of things! Let me tell you, those stage managers really get on those actors! LOL! I wasl iike, "DUDE, do you know who you are talking to! THAT'S NADIA BJORLIN!" Haha! Arianne said they tend to do that sometimes! She also showed me their seperate make up bags! Arianne has a purple one that says "ARI" on it! She said they do that to make sure that they don't all like get pink eye or something and spread it! She was so cute the entire time! Another side note, there is a lot of empty time! Are favorite actors have a LOT of patience! I would be going insane! Then, after we chatted some more, and watched Kyle finish up, he came over and took me on a tour of the set. It was really cool! THE SETS ARE SO TINY! I saw the Dimera mansion, salem place, the harley house, belle's dorm, um...the new class room of salem u........um.......goodness, I know I'm leaving things out! Okay, after the tour of the set by Kyle and Arianne....oh wait, I have to tell a funny story about kyle making fun of my accent. He asked me what I thought so far, and I said, "everything is so small, it's Crazy (in a country voice)...and he laughed and turned to Arianne and said, "it is crrrrraaaaazzzzzzy" LOL! He was mocking me! It was quite hilarious, though! All in good fun. Okay, so we were done with the set tour, we went back to the publicity office b/c kyle was damned determined that I would NOT leave there empty handed! However, they took all the scripts to greenville, so Kyle when thumbing through the cast photos and found one of him and one of Arianne. They both signed really nice notes to it for me! I'll scan them in just a second! After I'm finished telling you all the details! They signed those for me, and then walked me out! It was so cool~ I KNOW that I left somethings out, and I will add them as I remember them! I hope that I gave you all a feel of what it was like! Let me just say that YOU ALL SHOULD BE SO PROUD OF YOURSELVES b/c Kyle and Arianne were truly touched by the gift! I tried to give all credit where it was due, so they know how it came together! If you could have seen the pleasure of their faces, it made everything so worth it! I thank you all so much for the endless support and for allowing me to represent us! It truly was an unbelievable honor! I carried all of you with me in my ticker! Out of the whole trip I met so many of them! My favorites were ARIANNE AND KYLE! Then Patrika, Jay, and Jason! I also loved Nadia, Farah...HELL I LOVED THEM ALL!!! It was truly a dream come true...I thank you all so much for reading and following through it with me! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO KYLE AND ARIANNE FOR A WONDEFUL TRIP! LASTLY, KATHY FOR YOUR ENDLESS PERSISTENCE AND BIG HEART, AND MORGAN, HMM, AND BILLY FOR PUTTING UP WITH ME! yOU ALL ARE TRULY THE BEST!!!! OKAY, PEACE I'M DONE! |
